The Queensland Country Rugby Union Board is made up of volunteers, as are the coaches, managers and support staff who give their time to the Queensland Country Program, and the thousands of players involved in rugby across Country Queensland.

100% of the funds raised by Queensland Country are invested back into the players and staff to make their rugby journey as fulfilling and affordable as possible for everyone involved.
